Oottupura for Sunday

Description

1. Oottupura offers vegetarian lunch meals every Sunday (any exception will be announced on instagram)
2. Meals to be pre-booked 48 hours prior through the website alone (no Instagram DM/ whatsapp messages)
3. Only 16 meals per Sunday will be serviced
4. Orders confirmed only upon payment. No cancellations possible once the order has been placed
5. Pick-up is from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm every Sunday. Pick-up will be managed by the customer. If pick-up is through WeFast/ Swiggy Genie/ any courier service, please specify DELIVERY FOR: YOUR NAME
6. The meal has been prepared for lunch, as such please consume it soon after it has been delivered. There are items that include coconut/ dairy and as such may spoil if kept for long
7. Customisation (quantity/ omission/ substitution) in the weekly menu will not be possible
8. Choice between red or white rice should be specified while making the payment
9. The meal is packaged in eco-friendly containers that are sealed with tapes to avoid tampering
10. Please check your e-mail after booking for meal pickup address and confirmation details
11. We’ll be serving the orders on a First Come First Serve manner, since we are receiving high number of orders your order may be cancelled automatically with a full refund by the system even after receiving an order confirmation mail. So, please wait for sometime before booking your delivery service.
